Description: The scope of work includes removal and disposal of all deteriorated wood and hardware fasteners from both bridge and redeck with wood and fasteners supplied by the District. The bridge near the McDonald Canal boat ramp is approximately 52 feet long by 14 feet wide. The bridge near the Unit 2 pump station is 82 feet long by 14 feet wide. Both bridges consist of a continuous 2”x 12” timber deck supported by 3”x 6” wood timbers approximately 10-inches on center - see attached plans and photos.

There will be a non-mandatory site visit on Wednesday, December 7 at 10:00A.M. We will meet at the Lake Apopka Field Station, 25633 County Road 448A, Mount Dora, FL 32757
