Given the diversity of educational environments in New Mexico communities, a variety of curriculum delivery systems are requested to facilitate web-based and local area network access, as well as stand-alone workstations, utilizing the latest and most effective technologies available.

Question: I noticed that discounts are preferred, 'Discounts: A percentage off the standard website or catalog price list is preferred. Multiple percentage discount structures for various publisher’s software solicitations or volume discounts are also acceptable'. Can you provide further clarification on this and what impact it will have in regard to award or disqualification?

Question: Hello! I see CES mentioned in your Scope of Work and I don't see the CES connection in my conference notes. My company is already approved under CES through 2025. Is this solicitation for gathering information from vendors not yet approved through a CES process? Thank you!

Question: We were awarded and have an active contract with CES Contract #2022-13-C111-ALL. Do we need to submit a proposal for this project or will the district consider this piggyback contract in lieu of submitting a formal proposal?
