Description: The City of Framingham invites responses to this RFQ from qualified design firms to provide professional design and engineering services for improvements to the Waushakum Beach facility. The City seeks a Designer with demonstrated experience engaging the public and working collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders in a municipal environment to achieve desired outcomes. The City of Framingham reserves the right to proceed into final design, bidding, and construction administration with the firm selected to conduct initial design and engineering under this request for qualifications. The constructed facility is intended to accommodate the widely varied demographic within the City of Framingham, including those with disabilities. The City of Framingham desires a renovated beach facility and amenities of the highest quality with regards to design, construction, and usability.
