Description: Provide janitorial services for 11 offices/locations, or a combination thereof, totaling approximately 215,956 square feet. The District reserves the right to award one or more Agreements based on the Total Bid Cost per each office/location or the Grand Total Bid Cost for all offices/locations (for the initial contract term), whichever is in the District’s best interest. The initial contract term will be October 1, 2022 – September 30, 2025, with the option to renew for two, 12-month terms (October 1, 2025 – September 30, 2026, and October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027, respectively).

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: The District is requiring a mandatory pre-bid meeting to be held Wednesday, August 3, 2022 at 11:00 a.m., at District Headquarters 4049 Reid Street Palatka, Florida 32177. The pre-bid conference is intended to provide bidders the opportunity to receive clarification of any requirement of this Invitation For Bids. For mandatory pre-bid conferences, the District will only accept bids from those attending the pre-bid conference.
