Georgetown County is seeking proposals for a licensed, qualified firm to provide Residential & Commercial Real Property Appraisal Services on an “as needed” basis under an indefinite delivery/ indefinite quantity contract (IDIQ). Work will be performed as directed by an authorized County representative and will be specifically described in individual task orders. Services may be required in multiple locations at the same time. The county’s portfolio includes undeveloped land, office, warehouse, recreation, residential (single and multi-family), motor vehicle facilities, and mixed-use properties. There are no specific property appraisals currently scheduled.
