Question: I would like to request the following information: 1. Copies of FULL policies 2. Property schedule with complete COPE information 3. Fleet Safety manual (including driver selection and MVR review criteria) 4. Safety Committee Meeting minutes (last two meetings) 5. Completed Liberty mutual or other carrier application 6. Copies of current E&O (School Board Legal) policy***
