Description: Winchester Airport Authority, Inc. is accepting sealed bids for the removal and replacement of the on-site HVAC unit and thermostat. Sealed bids will be received until 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 16th, 2024 at 420 Aviation Drive, Winchester, TN 37398 for “2024 HVAC Replacement”. Bids will be opened at 420 Aviation Drive on Friday, January 16th, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. and publicly read at that time. For a detailed description and specifications of job requirements, please pick up a bid packet or contact the Winchester Municipal Airport Manager, Katelyn Sanders, at 931-967-3148. Winchester Airport Authority, Inc. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to determine which bids are conforming, and to waive minor defects and irregularities.
