Description: General Scope
The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to solicit qualified vendors who can provide library start-up book
collections for our new North Point Middle School located at 2275 W. Meyer Rd, Wentzville, MO 63385.
Purchases will be made in June 2022.
• North Point Middle will have $100,000 for the start-up collection – do not go over this amount
• Fiction books must have two (2) reviews
• Non-fiction curricular support
• Appropriateness for a middle school audience
• Popular appeal to students
• Must have guaranteed bindings or library trade binding
• Series Fiction (unless otherwise noted) include the first five (5) of a series and a few additional,
newer titles with the series
• Book list will be submitted per Spec-9
• Prime vendor bid – One vendor selected
