Pre-Bid Meeting Details: MANDATORY PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING - A mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting is required. Only those proposers who attend the pre-proposal meeting at Southeast High School, 1954 Riverbend Road, Dalton, GA 30721 on October 29, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. (EST) shall be eligible for submission of a proposal. MANDATORY TOUR OF FACILITY – A mandatory Pre-Proposal tour of facility is required. It shall be the sole responsibility of the proposer to visit each facility to acquaint itself with the nature and extent of the work involved. Site visit shall start immediately after the Pre-Proposal meeting on October 29, 2024. District shall have representatives to conduct tours and answer questions. *Vendors arriving more than 5 minutes late shall not be allowed to participate*

Question: In payments on RFP it states "payments for services shall be made on a monthly basis" but during the walkthrough we were told it would be one lump sum payment at the end of the job when work is done. Just wanting to clarify which we should go off of.
Response: Payments shall be made after the completion of each hallway. Please refer to the posted Southeast Floor Plan and Addendum 1 for all updates and changes to the RFP.
