Description: The furnishing, installing, testing, and start-up for replacing the existing “can type” underground wastewater pump station with a new Wet Well Mounted Wastewater Pumping Station Control Panel and Valve Package with 150 GPM Duplex Submersible Pumps, including submersible transducer liquid level control system with float backup system; heated and vented enclosure; valves; piping; pump start-up testing; certification of installation; electrical controls, removal of manhole cone section and existing frame and cover; adding a concrete wet well structure barrel section and flat top concrete or composite base for control and valve equipment base; cleaning existing wet well structure; sealing leaks and rehabilitation spray cementitious coating of existing wet well structure; epoxy coating of existing and new wet well sections; flanged/restrained DIP piping in wet well; restrained DIP yard piping, connection of new force main piping to existing 4” force main; external emergency pumping connection, and all other equipment and work required as shown on Contract Drawings and/or called out in the Project Specifications for which no other specific unit price or lump sum items has been established in the Bid Proposal. An additive alternate bid item will be included for a metal canopy over the new pump station.
