Question: For Solicitation Number PW 22-071, in the RFQ, in Exhibit C, the Past Performance Verification Form (PPVF) – EN 22-071 lists the SOQ Due Date and Time as May 11, 2022; 5:00 p.m. (local time, Avondale, AZ). This date has already past and is not in alignment with the RFQ due date of Tuesday, June 21 at 5:00 p.m. Should we send the current form in the RFQ to the references? Or will there be an addendum with a corrected form?

Will a NTP for construction after the design phase be issued, marking the start of the 360 day requirement?
