Description: The City of Framingham, through the Mayor of Framingham Massachusetts, the Awarding Authority invites sealed bids for IFB# 8295 Dunning School Roof Replacement and Associated Work. The project work consists of the renovation of the existing roof by removal of the entire existing roofing system and the installation of an entirely new roofing system for the educational facility. The building shall be designed and constructed so as to meet all requirements of the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to, the plans and specifications for the Charlotte A. Dunning Elementary School 40 Frost Street, Framingham, MA 01701.
