The scope of work includes providing a complete portable water inflated cofferdam system. The portable water-inflated cofferdam system shall be engineered and sized by the manufacturer capable of controlling 9.0 feet of controllable mud/water on one side and 100-feet in length. Static water height conditions shall not exceed 75% of the properly filled height of the barrier.
