Description: Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from licensed and insured contractors for HVAC Mechanical Services. The work to be performed under this bid shall consist of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor, supervision, and insurance necessary to perform repairs as necessary on all HVAC and Mechanical Control Equipment in all Buildings owned by the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners. The contract period will be for two (2) years, with the possibility of annual renewals after two years of professional and reliable HVAC service.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-bid meeting will be held on August 19, 2022, at 8:30 a.m. at the Santa Rosa County Auditorium, 4530 Spikes Way, Milton, FL 32583. All interested parties are strongly encouraged to attend.
