The Town of Gifford is Requesting Qualifications for architecture/engineering services regarding the design of activities to improve the Rosenwald School in Gifford, SC.  These activities include repairing and stabilizing the building envelope – roof, walls and foundation as necessary, retaining its original design and features. This 1,752 sq. ft. building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The building is located on U.S. Hwy. 321 on the north side of town.
