Description: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, the City of Spartanburg Fire Department will receive proposals from qualified vendors to supply (10) ten sets of structural fire fighter’s turnout gear. This specification details design and materials criteria to afford protection to the upper and lower body, excluding head, hands, feet, against adverse environmental effects during structural firefighting. All materials and construction will meet or exceed current NFPA Standard #1971 and OSHA for structural fire fighters protective clothing.
