SPEC-1 General Scope

The purpose of the Request for Bid (RFB) is to install fencing for Duello Elementary and Holt High School for Maintenance.  The work preferred to be completed before June 15, 2020 

SPEC-2 BID SCOPE ** 

1. Duello Elementary: 1814 Duello Rd / Lake St. Louis 63367

* Install approximately 365’ of 6’ tall fence along the top of the hill behind the soccer field 

* Tan vinyl privacy fence

* Large 2” x 7” rails with decorative accent

* Tongue-and-groove fence boards

* 6’ and 8’ wide panels – no aluminum inserts

2. Grounds-Holt High School Lot: 600 Campus Dr. / Wentzville 63385

* Install 450’ of 8’ tall chain-link fence with P.D.S site proofing slats 

* Fabric to be 9 gauge galvanized

* Line posts to be 2 3/8” D.Q.- 40

* End posts to be 2 7/8” D.Q. - 40

* Top and mid-rail to be 1 5/8” D.Q. – 40

* District has Commercial Fence Permit
