Dawson County Purchasing Department on behalf of the Dawson County Board of Commissioners is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to solicit sealed proposals from qualified vendors who specialize in the installation of  an exterior athletic LED lighting system for Dawson County Parks/Recreation. Detailed proposal documents are available at www.dawsoncounty.org.   There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting for this solicitation held on March 19, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., at the Veterans Memorial Park Gymnasium, located at 186 Recreation Road, Dawsonville, GA  30534.  Questions in reference to the above IFB must be in writing to the Dawson County Purchasing Manager, Melissa Hawk at mhawk@dawsoncounty.org before 1:00 p.m., March 23, 2020. All answers will be posted to website no later than March 27, 2020, by 1:00PM. Addenda, where applicable, will be posted in the same manner.
