Description: Oconee County is seeking to establish an annual custodial services contract for multiple Oconee County Parks & Recreation facilities, the Oconee County Senior Center, and both the Bogart & Watkinsville Libraries. Initial term shall be from July 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025 followed by four (4), one-year renewal options. Please see Section III of the bid documents for a detailed list of facility locations and Scope of Work.

Pre-scheduled site visits will not be provided; However, facilities included in this contract are open to the public and bidders who wish to view a facility are welcome to do so during the hours specified in Section III. Staff led site visits are available by appointment only. Please email the designated contact listed in Section III if you wish to schedule an appointment. Due to time constraints, multiple bidders may be present. Bidders are encouraged to complete any site visits prior to pre-bid meeting to provide an official opportunity for questions to be answered.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for April 11, 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Oconee County Administrative Building in the North High Shoals conference room located at 7635 Macon Highway, Watkinsville, Georgia 30677. This meeting is mandatory and attendance is required to qualify as a respondent.
