Description: Rabun County will provide demolition and removal of the existing Golf Clubhouse, Pro-shop, Cart Storage building. Demolition of existing toilet room building. Interior removal of all existing fixtures, walls etc. Remove entire existing exterior stair to existing maintenance shed. Demolition, removal and relocation of the existing maintenance building is to be done by Rabun County. Construct Two Story Golf Clubhouse Building as per construction documents. New Golf Clubhouse building to include all new toilet rooms, kitchen, bar and dining room area, Pro-shop, and office. Lower level to include kitchen prep, storage, utility and golf cart storage. Construct new steel stairs with concrete treads(interior) as per construction documents. Construct new paved parking area and driveway, retaining walls etc. with utilities for the new Golf Clubhouse along with connector cart pathways as indicated in Civil Construction Documents.
