The Town of Bluffton is
soliciting competitive sealed bids from experienced and qualified Offerors to provide
fine grading, plant and tree material, and installation of landscape
improvements at the Town of Bluffton Law Enforcement Center (“LEC”) located at
101 Progressive Street, Bluffton, SC 29910
The general scope of services
includes the following:

Fine grading
for plants, bushes, trees, hydroseeding and sod

Provision and
installation of plants, bushes, trees, hydroseeding and sod
·
Installation
of irrigation and related components
·
Repair and
connections to existing irrigation system
·
Installation
of mulches and straws The project is anticipated to take sixty
(60) days from project start to final completion.
