Description: The Town of Greeneville is now accepting bids for renovations for the Big Spring Room at the Greeneville Greene County Public Library. Specifications may be found online at www.greenevilletn.gov under Current Solicitations or by contacting Erin Evans at 423-638-5034. All bids must be sealed and mailed to Greeneville Town Hall, 200 N. College St., Greeneville, TN 37745. Envelopes must be marked “Library Renovations RFP”. Bids will be opened in the boardroom of Greeneville Town Hall on Friday, September 29, 2023, at 10:30am. The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive technicalities or informalities, and to accept any bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town.
