What percentage does the employer contribute towards the employee dental premium and dependent dental premium for both plans?  The school board contributes $29.60 per month towards any dental plan type the employee chooses.

3)      Please explain your open enrollment process.  Are you using a ben admin system for employee enrollment? Benefit Administration System along with one-on-one counseling

a.        If so, please specify who and if you are looking for support from your carriers for its cost. The district is not looking for carrier enrollment support

4)      What are current commissions for each line of coverage?  Would you like us to mimic current or stick to our own standard scales when including in our rates? 10%, Please include your own standard scale commissions in the rates
