Description: This City of Foley roadway improvement project includes grade, drain, base, and pave with removal and replacement of approximately 370LF of Chicago Street’s current roadway design. The project will include installation of brick pavers, new sidewalk, curb and gutter, and associated drainage improvements. Brick paver intersection improvements will also extend to Orange Ave. All work will be coordinated with the separate city library construction project.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at Foley City Hall at 10:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday, October 15, 2025. In the pre-bid meeting, the City will review the scope of work and the desired result. A site visit will follow the pre-bid meeting.
