Description: A. PURPOSE OF THIS REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select an Adult Patient Simulator Mannequin for the purpose of training pre-hospital care providers. B. SCOPE OF PROCUREMENT Prospective submitters should be prepared to bring an adult patient simulator mannequin to a place of our choosing in Carlsbad New Mexico. The mannequin and all associated equipment will be demonstrated to the Carlsbad Fire Department staff. The simulator mannequin and associated equipment and or support hardware will need to meet the specifications listed below. The mannequin and associated hardware and software will need to have a warranty period of no less than three years. The prospective submitter will need to not only demonstrate the form and functions of the mannequin but also be prepared to spend sufficient time with the Carlsbad Fire Department staff to train them in the use, operation, care and maintenance of the mannequin and all associated hardware and software.
