Question: I am trying to find out if there is an additional attachment that contains the scope of service that I can access. I have not been able to locate it.
Response: SCOPE OF WORK/ SPECIFICATIONS The City of Conroe is soliciting bids for Pest Control Services. The Contractor’s service should be for exterminating services to include but not be limited to, roaches, ants, and, spiders in various City-owned interior and exterior facilities as outlined in the attachment provided. Bidder shall provide a copy of their Texas-issued Structural Pest Control License and Material Safety Data Sheets for pesticides. All pesticides shall be applied in accordance with the Manufacturer’s recommendations. In relationship to frequency and results, the Contractor is responsible for controlling or eliminating pest infestation. The frequency shall be as required by these specifications, more often if requested by the City. The Contractor shall provide whatever services are required to eliminate the pest problems to the satisfaction of the City. In City owned facilities, application of all pesticides and other pest control measures are in accordance with all local, state and federal laws, regulation and guidelines, as they apply to public and special use facilities.
