Question: Can KCDC please provide examples of third party software systems that can integrate with Yardi? Our experience is that Yardi is designed to be a closed system.

Question: What is the contractor's role in the self-certification process?

Response: The contractor provides the self-certification form to the owner who has less than 10 deficiencies. The form is then send back to the contractor not to KCDC.

Question: Does KCDC allow the use of HUD-approved Remove Virtual Inspections? If so, how should we provide pricing for this option?

Response: Yes. The incumbent vendor provides this at no charge to us. Feel free to add a cost for this in your proposal if needed.
