Question: Would the district like to have two separate uploads, (1) for volume 1 and (1) for volume 2?

Question: As discussed during the Pre-Bid meeting, is it possible to extend the bid date? I have had a vacation scheduled many months for the 24th through the 29th of September.
Response: Yes, an extension will be granted. a formal response to this question will be included in Addenda No. 1, which will be posted after 2:00 p.m., 9/23/2021.

Question: On Page 16 section B Item 2 notes proposal security (bond or cash), agents affidavit. For our Surety company to issue they are asking for a total dollar amount for the project, as this is more a T&M RFP what would be RRPS suggest as a dollar amount for a bond?
Response: Page 17, Item 2 references the bond as not applicable. The bond is not required. A formal response to this question will be provided in Addenda No. 1, which will be posted after 2:00 p.m. on 9/23/2021
