Description: GENERAL SCOPE
The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to select a vendor for a turnkey library at our new North Point Middle School in the Wentzville School District per the specifications herein.
1. Prevailing Wage is required.
2. All wall shelving to be attached to walls.
3. 5% Bid Bond may be required.
4. Fillers shall be placed where needed.
SPEC-1 VENDOR REQUIREMENTS
To qualify as a possible vendor for this library project, the awarded vendor must comply with the following parameters:
1. Be an authorized dealer of the library furniture and shelving that is being bid.
2. Provide a complete warranty coverage summary of the furnishings if awarded the Bid.
3. Meet or exceed the requirements of this RFB.
4. Install library in June 2022.
5. Vendor shall provide the required Certificate(s) of Insurance within ten (10) days of contract award notification.
