Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting for all contractors will be held on December 20, 2019, 11:00 AM, local time, at 450 Park Place, followed by a mandatory building walk-thru. After this walk-thru, it is highly encouraged to join the design team for a walk-thru of 701 East Main Street for purpose of reviewing systems that will be part of the project. General Contract bidder attendance is mandatory for the 11:00 AM pre-bid meeting as FCPS winter break will be in session from 12/23/19-1/1/20.
