Question: Performance Bond- Section 3.8.4- Would County consider changing language to " 100% of the Annual Contract Value, Renewed Annually"? Preferred language by most Surety Companies.

Question: *Section 4, Item 16.1 notes that the parties agree to allow other governmental agencies to enter into separate agreements with the Contractor under the terms and prices. Can you omit the pricing reference OR add a caveat that the Contractor has to give prior consent to the other agency in regard to the pricing? *There is a contradiction in the termination language specific to Section 1, Item 9 of the RFP and Section 13(a) of the Agreement. Please provide clarification on the cancelling / termination process. *Additionally in regard to termination, Section 4, Item 12 states that it is defined in Section 22 of the Sample Contract. There is not a Section 22 in the Sample Contract that was provided. Please clarify. *I couldn't find detail within the documents in regard to annual rate escalators such as the use of a Consumer Price Index. Are we to include that in our "exceptions"? *What is the start date for this Contract? Are we to assume July 1 as it has been in the past? *Can you provide the current rates being charged to the County for these services? *Can you provide a copy of the current contract for these services?
