Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting is required. Only those proposers who attend the pre-proposal meeting at Dawnville Elementary on Tuesday, March 9, 2023, at 3:00 pm, shall be eligible for submission of a proposal. The pre-proposal meeting shall be held at Dawnville Elementary, 1380 Dawnville Road, Dalton, GA 30721. A mandatory Pre-Proposal tour of the facility is required. It shall be the sole responsibility of the proposer to visit the facility to acquaint itself with the nature and extent of the work involved. Site visit shall start immediately after the Pre-Proposal meeting at Dawnville Elementary on Tuesday, March 9, 2023, at 3:00 pm, District shall have representatives to conduct tours and answer questions. Tours are mandatory for proposers. **Vendors arriving more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed to participate. **
