Description:
The City of Woodstock,
Georgia, herein referred to as the City, is accepting bids from qualified
contractors for the purpose complete
construction of the Rope Mill Rd Multi-Use Trail (Angela Ct Connection) project,
hereinafter referred to as the “PROJECT”.
The work to be done consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor
and equipment for the complete
construction of the project.
Work includes, but is not limited to, erosion control, maintenance of
traffic, grading, excavation, subgrade preparation, drainage construction,
concrete surface course, sidewalks, signs, landscaping and grassing at locations
indicated in the plan set. Utility work coordination will be required as part of
this project. Contractor shall be required
to use the one-call center telephone number for the purpose of coordinating the
marking of underground utilities. Available work
hours shall be in accordance with City ordinance; Shall conform to federal, state
and local requirements and regulations.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held November 18,
2020, 10:00 a.m. at the City Chambers located at 8534 Main St., Woodstock, GA
30188. The meeting may include a site
visit.
