Description: The Town of Bluffton, South Carolina (Town) is seeking statements of qualifications from to provide as-needed civil engineering services under a master services agreement. The target start date for performing these services is April, 2022.

The Town intends to award multiple master service agreement contracts to the firms that presents the proposals considered to be of the best value to the Town for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional 1-year periods. Vendors will be able to submit updated pricing once per year but only if submitted in writing 90 days prior to the annual renewal period. Any pricing increase will be documented in a contract amendment.

Question: The scope states “coordination…during all phases of a project with architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing electrical, landscape and other engineering specialties.” Should the submittal include team member for architectural, structural, MEP, landscape, and other engineering specialities?
