Question: I know the trees have to be down by the end of March, but may we have more time to remove the material offsite by extending the contract completion time?
Response: Yes more time could be allowed for removal.

Question: I was unable to attend the pre bid meeting. Is the property still available to be viewed for bidding purposes? If so, do we need to contact anyone before attempting entry?
Response: Yes, the property is gated. You will need to Contact Lars Finneseth at 859-948-0422

Question: Can the cleanup period for the project be extended from April 1-April 15th, to April 1 - April 30th? So effectively adding 2 weeks to the period of time when all wood and debris will be completely removed from the project site.
Response: We would have no issue extending the clean up period as long as it is reasonable.
