Question: I have a few questions regarding BID # B002635 (Chan Auditorium AV) 1. It says in the scope of work the VRX arrays are provided by UAH. How many VRX boxes are being provided? 2. Do you have a list of all equipment provided by UAH? 3. I see the VRX 932LA and VRX 918S are what are being spec’ed and provided. These are the passive models but I do not see any power amps listed in the scope of work or quote sheet. Do we need to provide amps to power them or are the VRX boxes the powered versions (VRX 932LAP & VRX 918SP)? I will be attending the Pre-solicitation meeting next Monday to gather more information about the existing snake, rig points, and other questions. Thank you, Christian
Response: 1. 6x VRX932LAP, 4x VRX918SP 2. VRX Speakers above, X32 Console already installed in the venue, 16ch analog snake already installed in the venue (fan in the booth--mystery boxes on stage) 3. They are the active models--not passive, no further amps required Thank you for your questions.

Question: The additions/changes I discussed with Will today were; - Adding 2 more of the JBL flybars (4 total) to hang the arrays with the subs flown behind the mains. - Adding 3 new drive lines from the FOH console to the mains - (Subs run on an Aux) - Adding 6 XLR return lines (2 per floor box) to the stage for monitor return lines.
Response: This bid will be revised to include these additions. The new Bid should be posted later today.
