surplus property;
All that tract or parcel of land lying and being in Land Lot 95, 9th Land District, Peach
County Georgia, and being in Tract 1, containing 2.01 acres, more or less, and being shown
on a subdivision survey for Peach County and Alfred L. Pearson, III, prepared by Strange
Land Surveying, Inc. dated August 22, 2019, and recorded in Plat Book 29, Page 59, Clerk’s
Office, Peach County Superior Court, which plat by this reference thereto is incorporated
herein for a more particular and accurate description of said property.
