Description:

Project includes but is not limited to the removal and disposal of existing roof system (approximately 59,923 sf, to include flashings, sheet metal, existing gypsum sheathing from parapets, and existing duct work supports as specified.  Install new specified gypsum sheathing, new tapered insulation, mechanically attach new polyisocyanurate insulation,, as well as EIFS as indicated.  Install new torch applied granulated surface-ply modified bitumen roof membrane along with sheet metal flashings and trim as specified to provide a complete, watertight, 20-year warrantable roof assembly.
