Description: Portage Public Schools is seeking proposals for pianos and instrument equipment to support our band and choir curriculum programs at 5 of our schools. Please see attached list for specific types and quantities of instruments. Please include any warranty or guarantees that may accompany the instruments. Bidders are welcome to bid partially on instruments and equipment or in full for all items requested. Alternatives are welcome, please note any alternatives on your bid response. Delivery of instruments will need to be packaged and delivered to 5 separate locations. Due to the summer meeting schedule the Board of Education will not be able to approve this purchase until September of 2025.
