Description: The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit vendors that can provide a Demographic Study to help the Wentzville RIV School District, herein referred to as the District, with long-range student projections which will aid the District in planning for the future.
This RFP will allow the District to review and select the most qualified and economical vendor to perform the studies outlined in the RFP. Work not explicitly covered herein, is not required unless it is reasonably inferable there from as being necessary to produce the intended results. The vendors are requested to respond to each RFP Requirement.

Response: If onsite walkthroughs to discuss programming and space are completed then this would require the company to be on site. Other situations may require the company to be on site with additional work being completed remotely.

Response: We need this study to be done as soon as possible. We can not wait until 2023.
