Description:

In order to achieve a decentralized and fault-tolerant network solution for the Justice Center courtrooms, Cherokee County desires to establish an IDF in the A/V closet of each courtroom on floors 1, 2, and 3 and redirect all data drops of that courtroom to that room.

 Also, Cherokee County desires to expand the wireless infrastructure capability of the entire Justice Center by running additional drops for access points to various parts of the building to accommodate future growth.

Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 8/3/2018 9:00 AM

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: There will be a mandatory meeting to review the requirements. The meeting will be held at the proposed work site and will include walking the area. The County will hold two sessions on August 3, 2018 at the Cherokee County Justice Center located at 90 North Street, Canton, GA 30114. The first session will begin at 9:00 AM and the second session will begin at 1:00 PM. Bidders may attend either session to be eligible to participate in this RFP.
