Alabama A&M University operates a mixed fleet of one hundred (100+) vehicles. The University is responsible for its own rolling stock asset and operation management. An electronic spreadsheet of fleet vehicles is included (see Exhibit I ). Vehicle and equipment repairs and preventative maintenance are currently performed based on manufacturer’s specifications. This Request for Proposals (RFP) is intended to secure the services of an experienced Contractor to provide preventative maintenance services, routine repair work and warranty work as necessary for the University.
