Description: The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) is to establish a contract for our District boilers in each building as specified. This contract will last for three years and the terms of these contracts may be extended for two additional years if all parties agree to the terms and conditions of the original contract.
The successful contractor will provide a maintenance program for the district boilers as listed and will maintain the equipment in good working order. Contracted technicians will perform all preventative maintenance tasks in accordance with the guidelines issued by the manufacturer.
