Description: Provide labor, materials and equipment to construct an additional parking lot at the Thomas Evans Community Center.  Work will include but not be limited to clearing a woodland area between the community center and the adjacent Doorway Baptist Church in order to construct a 35-space parking lot.  Constructing a road to connect the two facilities, including curbing, sidewalk and drainage.  Relocating an existing light pole, thing the new road into the existing pavers at Thomas Evans and into the existing parking lot at Doorway Baptist Church.
