On behalf of the City of Wilson, we invite you to submit a quotation for the subject project. Bids will be received by Booth & Associates, LLC, 5811 Glenwood Avenue Raleigh, NC 27612 until 2:00 p.m., local time, Tuesday, June 29, 2021, in accordance with the Notice to Bidders. Any bids received subsequent to the bid opening will be returned unopened.

Each Proposal shall be accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier’s check, or certified check drawn on a bank or trust company insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the proposal. The Owner will retain said deposit as liquidated damages in the event of failure of the successful Bidder to execute the Contract within ten (10) after the award.
