Description: Separate sealed bids for construction of the Phase 3 Upgrades and Improvements to the Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) and Land Application System for the Town of Estill located in Hampton County, South Carolina will be received by the Town of Estill until 2:00PM (Local Time) on Thursday, June 15, 2023, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
