Description: The Clayton County Water Authority will open sealed bids from licensed contractors via a Virtual Teams Meeting on Thursday, January 27, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. (local time) for the Flint River Outfall Replacement – Phase 4 project. Any bids received after the specified time will not be considered.
A non-mandatory Pre-Bid virtual Teams Meeting followed by non-mandatory Site Visits will be held on Wednesday, January 12, 2022, at 2:00 p.m. (local time). The Site Visits will be held at the following locations:
Staging Area No. 1 (Garden Walk Blvd right-of-way, across the street from 6285 Garden Walk Blvd)
Staging Area No. 2 (Left parking lot at 6234 Garden Walk Blvd)
Staging Area No. 3 (GA Hwy 85 right-of-way, across the street from 5455 W Lees Mill Rd)
Staging Area No. 4 (GA Hwy 85 right-of-way, at 5455 W Lees Mill Rd)
