The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, insurance, supervision, permits, fees, waste disposal and abide by all local, state and federal codes applicable to replace estimated 3,800 sq. ft. of roof with a New TPO mechanically adhered system as herein specified.

The Contractor shall have sole responsibility for the accuracy of all measurements and estimates of material quantities and sizes.

All bidders must visit the job site prior to submitting their bid to ascertain for themselves all requirements of the job measurements, materials needed, working conditions, etc.
