Description: Base Bid work will include total removal of existing roof system down to metal deck of approximately 180 squares.  Roof replacement includes minor deck repairs, rough carpentry, roof insulation, including taper, and a two ply modified bitumen roof system.  Alternate items will be considered for sealant removal and replacement on exterior walls of the Performing Arts Center and repairs of thermoplastic roof, two snap on batten metal roofs and multiple roof areas with granular surfaced modified bitumen roofs.
