Description: The City of Springfield is accepting sealed bids for the High Service Pump Upgrade. Sealed bids will be received, by the City of Springfield, at the office of the City Recorder located at 405 North Main Street, Springfield, Tennessee 37172 until 10:30 local time on August 24, 2023, at which time the bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The outside of the sealed envelope must include the Bid Number 1250 and shall clearly indicate that the sealed envelope contains a bid for the High Service Pump Upgrade.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 am local time on August 16, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. CDT at the Springfield Water Treatment Plant located at 6213 Smith Road, Cedar Hill, TN 37032. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory.
